Abu Mansur Abdalmalik ibn Muhammad as-Saolibiy (961-1038) and Abul Khayr ibn al-khammur (942-1032) were among the leading scholars of Khorezm Ma'm Academy. As-Saolibiy, a great scientist, poet and historian, was born in Nishapur in 961 year. In his youth he studied history, literature, logic and Arabic in depth. The scientist, who lived in difficult conditions, was engaged in the profession of a stork and made a living. As-Saolibiy is in different cities and countries, including Marv, Gaza, Bukhara and Khorezm, and has been in contact with mature scholars. His next life was spent at the Mamun Academy in Gurganj, where he received great respect among scientists. According to some sources, as-Saolibiy is the author of 51 works on history, logic, literature, until our time his works in Tuban: "Yatimat ad-dahr Fi mahosin Ahl ul-asr ("the only masterpiece about the qualities of the people of zamona"), "Kitab al-Ghurar" ("Data Book"), "Tatimmat al-Yatima" ("Yatimat Al-dahr supplement"), "Latoif ul-maorif" ("Latif Information"), "Shams ul--Adab Fi istehlat Al-Arab" ("sun of adab in the use of Arabic language"), "book Al-MASAF VA-l-Muhadarat" ("book of rare words and conversations"), "Makorim ul-ahlaq" ("preferred Huls") and"Gurar ul-furs Mulk ul-furs and siyarukhum" ("information about the Kings of Iran") have arrived.
